Thank you for shopping with RueWear. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.


Store Information


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM will begin processing the next business day.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: During high volume seasons, processing times may be slightly delayed.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • United Kingdom

  • Australia

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Calculated at checkout

  • Express Shipping (2–3 business days) – Calculated at checkout

  • Free Shipping on U.S. orders over $75

United Kingdom

  • Standard International Shipping (7–14 business days) – Calculated at checkout

  • Express International Shipping (5–7 business days) – Calculated at checkout

  • Free Shipping on U.K. orders over £100

Australia

  • Standard International Shipping (7–14 business days) – Calculated at checkout

  • Express International Shipping (5–7 business days) – Calculated at checkout

  • Free Shipping on Australian orders over AUD $150

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs delays, destination distance, or carrier issues.


4. Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier name

  • Estimated delivery timeline

You can track your order at any time using the link provided.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (UK & Australia)

For international orders:

  • Import taxes, customs fees, and duties may apply depending on your country’s laws.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs-related fees at delivery.

RueWear is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages delayed by carriers, weather, or customs.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged items and packaging at founder@ruewear.shop.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we will assist with filing a claim.


7. Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order.


8. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may be updated or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After processing begins, changes may not be possible.

9. Holiday & Seasonal Shipping

During peak times (Black Friday, Christmas, Cyber Week, or New Releases), shipping and processing times may be extended.

We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
